515 Montana Ave HVAC replacement permit issued
Quality Heating & Air is replacing the furnace and air conditioner at 515 Montana Ave for owner Reasons To Hope LLC, installing two gas HVAC systems (three-ton capacity) with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside. The residential replacement includes a 90% efficiency furnace and is estimated at $10,000, so the house should be more comfortable and energy-friendly once the swap is finished.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
