7820 Hepatica Dr HVAC Replacement Permit Issued
Harper Heating and Air Conditioning LLC (licensed pro Sean Harper) is doing a gas furnace change-out at 7820 Hepatica Dr for the property owned by SFR Owner I LLC. This is a residential HVAC replacement of a single 3-ton system (Furnace-90) with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level, estimated at $2,500. No new ductwork or rooftop units are proposed, so it looks like a straightforward swap to keep the house cozy.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
