7117 WINDHAM PKWY HVAC residential replacement permit issued
Mickey and Steven Simon filed for an HVAC replacement at 7117 Windham Pkwy to swap out the AC coil and air handler — it’s an AC/coil-only job for a single 5-ton system. Tom Drexler Plumbing is the licensed contractor for the roughly $13,135 project for owner Marcella T. Simon, with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level; the permit has been issued and a final inspection is on the schedule.
