3716 FRINGE TREE PL: HVAC Residential Replacement permit issued
Homeowners Bari and Jeffrey Calderon have an issued permit to replace the gas HVAC system at 3716 Fringe Tree Pl. Licensed contractor Prudential HVAC will swap the air handler/coil and condenser, keeping the system at 5 tons with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level—no new ductwork, rooftop units, or ladder access required.
