10511 Providence Dr furnace replacement permit issued
Lisa Tharp has hired Bryant Heating AC to replace the gas furnace at her home, 10511 Providence Dr. The permit notes an 80% efficiency furnace will be installed in the basement with the outdoor condenser at ground level, no new ductwork is planned, and the project is estimated at $2,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
