17206 Ash Hill Dr HVAC Residential Replacement Permit Issued
User Friendly Home Services is replacing the HVAC at 17206 Ash Hill Drive for owners James F. and Diane Statler, swapping in a new 2-ton air conditioner and matching 2-ton coil while replacing a 120,000 BTU 80% furnace. No new ductwork is planned — the equipment will sit in the basement with the condenser at ground level outdoors — and the job is estimated at $1,500.
