5115 ROOKWOOD AVE Furnace replacement permit issued
Bryant Heating AC will replace the gas furnace for Robert & Rosie Crittenden at 5115 Rookwood Ave, installing a single 80% efficiency furnace with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level. The residential HVAC replacement is estimated at $2,000 for this single-family home, and Bryant Heating AC is the licensed contractor on the job. Looks like the Crittendens are getting a simple, winter-ready upgrade to keep things cozy.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
