3D Heating and Cooling LLC is replacing the AC and coil at 13508 Forest Bend Cir for owner Mary Kay Padgett. The residential HVAC replacement is for one 4-ton gas system and includes a new air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump (equipment in the basement, condenser at ground level outdoors), with the project estimated at $6,000.
