Nick Wilkerson has hired Becht Givens Service Experts to replace the HVAC at 1435 S 3rd St (Apt 5), swapping the existing two‑stage gas furnace, air handler/coil, and a 3‑ton air conditioner. It's a straight residential changeout for a multi‑family unit with no new ductwork, estimated at $19,598. The permit has been issued and inspections are awaiting scheduling.
