8102 Cedar Pointe Dr HVAC Residential - New permit issued
Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is installing a new gas HVAC system with new ductwork for DR Horton Inc Louisville at 8102 Cedar Pointe Dr. This is a single-system residential HVAC install for a 1,738 sq. ft. Cedar Brook home (design calcs dated 04/17/2026) with the condenser at ground level, and the project is estimated at $9,590.16. The permit has been issued and inspections are pending, so it looks like a routine new-install job moving through the final steps.
