9505 INDIAN PIPE LN HVAC Residential Replacement Permit Issued
DFH Company (licensed pro Leah) installed a 2.5-ton electric heat pump and air handler as a residential HVAC replacement at 9505 Indian Pipe Ln for owner Carpenter Thomas Michael. The work—valued at about $10,000—places the air handler in the basement with the condenser at ground level outdoors and required no new ductwork. The mechanical permit has been issued, so the system swap looks complete and ready to keep the house comfortable year-round.
