503 Altagate Rd HVAC system replacement permit issued
Buffat Services Inc is replacing the furnace and AC system at 503 Altagate Rd for owners John C. Hagerty Jr. & J. Michelle. This single-family HVAC replacement (three-ton system) will swap the air handler/coil, a 90% furnace, and the outdoor condenser/heat pump—equipment sits in the basement with the condenser at ground level—and is estimated at $8,000, so the house should be ready for seasonal swings soon.
