4826 Southern PKWY HVAC replacement permit issued for AC and coil
Automatic Air Corp is replacing the AC and air handler/coil at 4826 Southern Pkwy for owner Anilkumar Reshma, swapping in a 3-ton electric unit for this single-family home. The issued HVAC replacement (one system, no new ductwork) places the equipment in the basement with the condenser at ground level and is estimated at $7,646—sounds like a straightforward refresh rather than a full remodel.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
