3204 Mount Rainier Dr HVAC replacement (air handler and heat pump)
B J Heating & AC is swapping out the air handler and a 2.5-ton heat pump at 3204 Mount Rainier Dr for owner Lindsey Marie Adair. The attic-mounted air handler (with the condenser on the ground outside) is a straight replacement—no new ductwork—and the job is estimated at $9,600 under an issued residential HVAC permit.
