Joe Kroll Builder LLC is going geothermal at 6135 Shooting Star Dr, installing two geothermal systems and two full duct systems in a new single-family home. Chapman Engineering Corp ran the HVAC calculations on 1/15/2026 (winter design 13, summer design 91) showing heat gain 65,588 and heat loss 122,479; the electric equipment will be in the basement and the project is estimated at $35,000.
