Caliber Homes & Remodeling Inc is installing one packaged geothermal HVAC unit with a full new duct system in a new construction home at 6405 Stonecrop Dr, with the equipment located in the basement. Chapman Engineering prepared calculations on November 10, 2025 (summer design 91°F, winter design 13°F) showing heat gain of 55,228 and heat loss of 97,634, and the project is estimated at about $30,000.
