424 ELINE AVE HVAC replacement permit issued
Brittany and Corey Ogburn are getting a residential HVAC replacement at 424 Eline Ave — the permit is issued to replace their air handler/coil and condenser. Prudential HVAC is the contractor, and the work calls for a single 2.5-ton electric system with the condenser on ground level and the air handler/coil swapped inside.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
