9609 FARMSTEAD LN issued for furnace replacement under Mechanical Permit
Taylor Campbell is having the gas furnace replaced at 9609 Farmstead Ln. Bryant Heating AC is the licensed contractor installing a single 90% efficiency furnace in the basement with the condenser at ground level. The straightforward replacement is estimated at $2,000 and does not include new ductwork.
