Miller Services is replacing the HVAC at 2601 Legene Dr for owner Joseph D. Ledington, with a residential replacement permit that’s been issued. The project, estimated at $7,700, swaps in a new air handler/coil and an 80% furnace for a single 2.5-ton system, with equipment in the basement and the condenser sitting at ground level.
