9404 Holiday Dr issued for HVAC replacement permit

Prudential HVAC is swapping out the gas HVAC system for owners William H. Pannell Jr. and Shirley J. Pannell at 9404 Holiday Dr. The permitted work is a like-for-like replacement of a 3.5-ton system — new air handler/coil, a 90% furnace and outdoor condenser — with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level.
