Prudential HVAC is replacing the gas HVAC system at 1430 Mockingbird Valley Green for owner Mary Barrazotto. The project replaces a single 5-ton system — new air handler/coil, condenser heat pump, and a 90% furnace — with the indoor equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level. No ladder access is required for inspections, so this looks like a straightforward swap rather than a rooftop job.
