9911 Sprig Way HVAC replacement permit issued
Jennifer Brown-Alvarez has hired Bryant Heating AC to replace the AC and furnace at 9911 Sprig Way, a single-family home, with the permit issued and the project estimated at $2,000. The work swaps one 3-ton gas system—air handler/coil, an 80% furnace and outdoor condenser—with equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level; no new ductwork or ladder access is required.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
