111 Tristan Rd replaced 3T AC and single-stage gas furnace
Brenda Runner is swapping out the HVAC at 111 Tristan Rd — a like‑for‑like replacement of a 3‑ton single‑stage air conditioner and a single‑stage gas furnace. Becht Givens Service Experts will handle the work; it's a straightforward replacement (no new ductwork, condenser stays at ground level) with an estimated cost of $15,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
