1300 Cardinal Dr 106 - Replaced 3 ton heat pump and 3 ton air handler
User Friendly Home Services is replacing a 3-ton heat pump and a 3-ton air handler for resident David Gibson at 1300 Cardinal Dr, Unit 106. The work — authorized by the Council of Co-Owners of Audubon Wood — is a $1,500 HVAC replacement with equipment on Level 1, the condenser on the roof, no new ductwork planned, and permanent ladder access provided for inspections.
