3200 Aspen Ridge Pl HVAC replacement permit issued
DFH Company (licensed pro Leah) has replaced the HVAC at 3200 Aspen Ridge Pl for owner Miller Chase C, installing a 90% efficiency gas furnace paired with a 3-ton A/C unit. The residential replacement permit is issued, equipment is in the basement with the condenser at ground level, no new ductwork was needed, and the project is estimated at $9,900.
