7204 GAYMONT DR issued for 3-Ton HVAC replacement
Litsey HVAC is replacing the HVAC system at 7204 Gaymont Dr for owner Nelson Austin, installing a 3-ton air handler, a 3-ton heat pump and 15 kW heat strips. The residential replacement is estimated at $6,000, the permit has been issued, and it looks like a straightforward swap with no new ductwork or rooftop units planned.
