8411 SPLENDID PT issued for gas HVAC replacement
Elder Heating AC is replacing a residential gas HVAC system for owners James L. Warden and Phyllis A. Warden at 8411 Splendid Pt, and the permit has been issued. The work is a like-for-like replacement of one 3-ton gas combination unit—air handler/coil and an 80-efficiency furnace—with the condenser at ground level and an estimated cost of $8,290.
