222 E Witherspoon St Unit 1703 issued mechanical permit for WSHP replacement
CLIMATEC is swapping out a water-source heat pump (WSHP) in Unit 1703 at 222 E Witherspoon St for Waterfront Park Place Condominium Association. The work is a like-for-like geothermal/electric HVAC replacement keeping the 3-ton capacity. The project is estimated at $22,487 and the equipment will be located on Level 2 or higher.
