2332 Alta Ave HVAC permit issued for gas furnace replacement
Energy Control HTG & A/C, led by licensed pro Shawn Peck, is replacing the gas furnace at 2332 Alta Ave for owner Gary L. Griffin. The single-family home will get a new 90-rated furnace in the basement, the job is estimated at $9,000, and the permit has been issued with $105 in fees paid.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
