2204 BURWELL AVE HVAC Residential Replacement permit issued
True Balance HVAC is replacing the gas HVAC system at 2204 Burwell Ave for owner Harrison Homes of Louisville LLC, with the permit issued and the project estimated at $3,000. The changeout keeps the same 2.5-ton capacity and replaces the air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and a 90% furnace — the equipment will be in the basement with the condenser at ground level outside.
