8804 Denise Dr HVAC permit issued for air conditioner and coil replacement
C & L Heating AC Inc. is replacing the HVAC at 8804 Denise Drive for owner Holly Bartsch, installing a new air conditioner and coil (one 3-ton system) with the condenser placed at ground level. The residential replacement is estimated at $6,500 and the permit has been issued, so cooler indoor temps should be on the way for that house soon.
