3812 WARNER AVE HVAC replacement permit issued

Martin Sneed of Blackburn & Davis has pulled a residential HVAC permit to replace the full gas heating/cooling system at 3812 Warner Ave for owner Kayrouz Nicholas P. The job replaces one 2.5-ton system — including a new air handler/coil and an 80% furnace, with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level — and is estimated at $10,000 with no new ductwork planned.
