7414 RIDAN WAY issued HVAC replacement permit

Owners Donald Lee Miller and Leanne Anderson have hired Bakers Heating AC to replace the furnace and air conditioning at 7414 Ridan Way, with the project estimated at $4,000. The permit has been issued (expires 04/09/2027) for a 4-ton replacement—air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and an 80% furnace—with equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level, and a virtual final inspection is scheduled for 04/10/2026.
