Prudential HVAC will replace the heating and cooling equipment at 185 Westwind Rd for owners Douglas R. and Mary Jane Washbish. The residential gas-system replacement covers two 4-ton systems — air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and a 90% furnace — with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level, and is listed at an estimated cost of $1,000.
