1360 S 2ND ST HVAC coil/AC replacement permit issued
Lambs Heating & Air Conditioning is replacing the coil and AC (and installing a 90% furnace) at 1360 S 2nd Street for owners Marc T Satterwhite & Rebecca A Jemia, with the project estimated at $12,125. It's a single-system, gas HVAC replacement keeping the same 4-ton capacity, no new ductwork, and the condenser will remain at ground level.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
