1226 Hull St HVAC - Finish flex duct, test system, outdoor disconnect installed
One Choice Mechanical LLC is relocating — not replacing — the HVAC setup at 1226 Hull St for owner Alivia Riesenberg. The crew will run flex duct leads through the crawlspace, connect them to the plenum, set the outdoor condenser and disconnect, braze and pressure-test the line set at 500 lbs of nitrogen, vacuum the system, run the vent for a 90% furnace, and test all equipment. The job is an alteration for a single-family home with an estimated cost of $4,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
