1451 S 4TH ST issued for HVAC replacement permit
Stivers Heating AC is replacing the HVAC at 1451 S 4th St, Unit 4 for owner LTG Ventures LLC — technician Tim Dues will install a new air handler/coil and A/C condenser. It's a straightforward residential replacement of one 3-ton system on Level 1 with the condenser at ground level, and the permit has been issued.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
