Clare Sherrie Louise has hired Automatic Air Corp to replace the heat pump, furnace coil, and thermostat at 3237 Wellingmoor Ave. This single-family HVAC replacement (one 4-ton system, including a 90% furnace and outdoor condenser) is estimated at $15,000, with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level.
