6008 Toebbe Ln HVAC replacement permit issued
Litsey HVAC is replacing the HVAC system at 6008 Toebbe Ln for owner Free Z Properties LLC, installing a 2-ton A/C and coil along with a 60K BTU, 80% efficiency gas furnace. The work is a residential replacement for a single-family home, with the condenser on ground level and no new ductwork planned, estimated at $5,000. This looks like a straightforward swap of the air handler/coil and condenser to refresh the home's cooling and heating.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
