3038 Casswood Dr HVAC replacement permit issued

Jon Grabowski has hired Bryant Heating AC to replace the gas furnace and air-conditioning system at 3038 Casswood Dr. The residential replacement covers one 2.5-ton system with a new air handler/coil and outdoor condenser, located in the basement and at ground level outdoors, with the project estimated at $4,000. The permit has been issued, so work is likely to start soon.
