Michael L. and Elizabeth M. Steilberg have an HVAC permit to replace a 3-ton electric heat pump and indoor coil at their home, 4606 Lincoln Rd, with Rick Allgeier Associates Inc. as the licensed contractor. The equipment will sit in the basement with the condenser at ground level, it's a straight replacement (no new ductwork), and the project is estimated at $7,500.
