403 Rolling Ln HVAC permit to replace gas combo
Wise Heating & Air Condition is replacing the gas combo HVAC system at 403 Rolling Ln for owner John Graham Switzer. The residential replacement swaps a 5‑ton setup—air handler/coil, a 90% furnace, and an outdoor condenser—with the indoor equipment located in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside. The permit has been issued, so the crew should be in and out while getting the house back to cozy.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
