2622 Ballantrae Cir Mechanical Permit for full HVAC system replacement
Heidi Potter has a mechanical permit for a full HVAC system replacement at 2622 Ballantrae Cir, with A+Derr Heating and Cooling listed as the contractor. They’re swapping in a 90% efficiency furnace and a like-for-like 4-ton AC/coil (equipment in the basement, condenser at ground level outdoors), with the job estimated at $2,500 — sounds like a straightforward, like-for-like swap to keep the house comfy.
