1134 EVERETT AVE HVAC replacement permit issued
Dan Maloney of F&I Furnace & A/C is replacing the HVAC at 1134 Everett Ave for owner Laura Kay Maloney, installing a single 3-ton system and swapping out the air handler/coil, condenser heat pump, and an 80% furnace. The permit is issued with A N Roth Company listed as the licensed professional, the equipment will sit in the basement with the condenser at ground level outside, and the project is estimated at $17,600.
