4310 Leaf Dr HVAC replacement for 1 gas combination unit
Elder Heating AC (licensed pro Kaylee) is replacing the HVAC at 4310 Leaf Dr. for owners Charles M. and Margie Cooley, installing one gas combination unit — a 2.5-ton system — and swapping in a new air handler/coil and a 90% furnace. The residential replacement is estimated at $9,850 and the permit has been issued, with the condenser on ground level and no new ductwork or rooftop units planned, so it looks like a straightforward furnace-and-coil refresh rather than major remodeling.
