3111 Wynbrooke Cir applied for second HVAC system with attic ductwork
Air Support LLC is installing a second HVAC system with new ductwork to condition the upstairs at 3111 Wynbrooke Cir. The attic-mounted air handler will be a heat pump with a 5 kW heat kit and a ground-level condenser for homeowner Michael C. Hart, with the project estimated at $20,000 and ladder access provided for inspections.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
