3409 W Muhammad Ali Blvd HVAC residential - new duct system permit issued
Stellar Mechanical is installing a full residential HVAC system at 3409 W Muhammad Ali Blvd for owner Red Door Properties Group LLC, putting new ductwork in the attic and adding a gas 60k furnace paired with a 2-ton air conditioner. The project, estimated at $9,000, includes new R-8 insulated ducts, a line set and drain line, bath fans and one dryer vent, with the condenser planned at ground level and permanent ladder access required for attic work.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
