6842 Green Meadow Cir applied for HVAC replacement permit
Automatic Air Corp is replacing the heat pump and furnace at 6842 Green Meadow Cir for owners Nate and Angie Weismiller, with the project estimated at $14,000. This one-system residential HVAC replacement swaps the air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and an 80% furnace—equipment sits in the basement with the condenser at ground level—so their home should be nice and cozy once crews finish.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
