3500 Woodside Rd replacement of second-floor HVAC system
Automatic Air Corp is replacing the second-floor HVAC system at 3500 Woodside Rd for owner Leonard J Weiner Trust, with the project estimated at $17,000. The gas-system replacement keeps the same 3-ton capacity and swaps in a new air handler/coil, condenser/heat pump and an 80% furnace; the condenser will sit at ground level while some equipment will be on Level 2 and permanent ladder access is required for inspections.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
