5711 OLD HEADY RD HVAC Residential Replacement permit issued
Buffat Services Inc. is replacing an electric mini split above the garage in the bonus room at 5711 Old Heady Rd for owner Michael Spears — it’s a 0.75‑ton unit with an estimated project cost of $4,000. The permit has been issued and the homeowner is hiring a licensed electrician for the hookup, so it looks like a tidy, low‑impact cooling upgrade rather than a full HVAC overhaul.
